The training is based on the best practices of business analysis. Presents the tasks and areas of responsibility of a business analyst at various stages of project implementation. It includes the presentation of solid theoretical foundations of business analysis and practical issues in the form of techniques, principles and good practices. Training participants will learn professional terminology, key concepts and knowledge areas. Additionally, they will put into practice popular business analysis techniques.
