Due to the entry into force of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, please read the information below regarding the method of processing personal data.

Glossary

  • cookie – this is small information saved by the server on the User’s computer, which the server can read when reconnecting from this computer;
  • system log – this is information that the User’s computer sends to the server with each connection, it may contain various data (e.g. IP number), from which it is possible to more or less precisely determine where the connection occurred;
  • service – website www.new.itability.pl;
  • IP address – an individual number that each computer connected to the Internet usually has, the IP number may be permanently associated with a given computer (static) or assigned to it for a given connection (dynamic);
  • SSL protocol – a special standard for transmitting data on the Internet, in which the transmission is encoded, as opposed to ordinary transmission, where the transmission is in open text.

2. ITABILITY offers comprehensive business solutions. In carrying out the company’s activities, we process personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), e.g. to use your image by providing access to the training you attended. You will find the advertising materials available on our website and our social media (Facebook, Linkedin). We also collect consent so that we can send you a marketing offer thanks to which you will learn about our current activities. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by e-mail or telephone.
  2. Activities aimed at concluding and implementing a contract with a client or contractor (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – applies to clients, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – persons cooperating with us on behalf of the client/contractor).
  3. Fulfillment of the legal obligation of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), e.g. to issue an invoice.
  4. Direct marketing (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), by maintaining contact in connection with traditional, e-mail and telephone correspondence on matters relating to our activities. We also process data to pursue claims and rights related to our business activities.
  5. Conducting marketing activities, including using electronic means of communication (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) in the case of marketing using a telephone number or e-mail address when ITABILTY obtains consent to the communication channel, in accordance with the Act on the provision of services by electronic means electronic means or the Telecommunications Act.
  6. Running a fan page on the Facebook social networking site (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), under the terms and conditions specified by Facebook, and using it to inform about our activities, promoting events and brands, products and services, building and maintaining communities, and in order to communicate via the available functionalities of Facebook (comments, messages). Together with Facebook Ireland Limited, we act as a joint controller in the processing of data for the purposes of statistics and advertising.   7. Processing of cookies (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) data will be processed for the periods indicated in the point regarding cookies or the time of objection to data processing. Objection may only be expressed by changing the end user’s browser settings, which will prevent the collection of information using cookies.

4. Voluntary provision of your personal data

  1. Providing data is necessary to conclude contracts and settle business activities, as well as for ITABILITY to comply with legal requirements. This means that if you want to use the services we offer (including open training, support and consulting), become our contractor (supplier) or employee/collaborator, you must provide your personal data. If your employer or other entity has indicated you as a contact person in connection with the conclusion/performance of a contract with us (including in connection with your participation in the training organized by us), your data will be processed to the extent disclosed by this entity (standard is the name , name, position, e-mail address and telephone number). In the remaining scope (in particular data processing by ITABILITY for marketing purposes), providing data is voluntary.

5. What rights do you have in relation to the personal data we process?

  1. Access to personal data; rectification of personal data; deletion of personal data; restrictions on the processing of personal data; object to the processing of personal data and their transfer.
  2. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, which may be withdrawn at any time in the same way in which it was expressed (this will not affect the lawfulness of its use before withdrawal).
  3. Submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Use of cookies

1. Service, in accordance with Art. 173 of the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law, uses Cookies, which are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on your end device. Cookies contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. 2. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
  • facilitating the use of the website while browsing it;
  • subsequent association in the event of reconnecting the website to the device on which they were saved;
  • creating statistics that help understand how you use websites, which allows you to improve their structure and content;
  • adapting the website content to specific preferences and optimizing the use tailored to your individual needs.
3. We use the following types of cookies on the Website:
  • “session” – are stored on the end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the web browser;
  • “permanent” – stored on the end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted;
  • “performance” – enable the collection of information about how the website is used;
  • “necessary” – enabling the use of services available on the website;
  • “functional” – allowing you to remember selected settings and personalize the interface;
  • “own” – posted by the Website;
  • “external” – coming from a website external to the Website.
4. The information is in no way linked to your personal data and is not used to determine your identity. The scope of information collected automatically depends on the web browser settings. To do this, please refer to the “Help” content of the web browser you are using.
