The training focuses on conducting business analysis in an agile, dynamically changing environment. Presents the principles of business analysis consistent with the Agile approach. Participants will learn various options for working with a team and effective techniques for eliciting and documenting requirements
The training includes a practical part – the use of learned techniques.

Enthusiast of using standards defined by IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) and described in BABOK® Guide (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge®) and IREB (International Requirements Engineering Board). Supporter of model-based documentation, especially those using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) notations.
